Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities :

1. Project management and Business Analysis for internal projects
2. Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting and forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
4. Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a business analyst.
5. Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
6. Support daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
7. Assist in onboarding and training of Production Partners.

Experience :

• Background in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SCRUM environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
