About the role

This role involves dual responsibilities: Customer Service and Claims. Communications with customers are primarily conducted via phone and email.

Key Areas / Functions
  1. Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients with life, hospitalisation, dental, and bill protector policies.
  2. Manage administrative tasks such as replying to emails, managing reports, canceling policies, and processing claims.
  3. Maintain good knowledge of the portfolio to effectively answer customer queries related to their products and claims.
  4. Handle complaints in accordance with the country's regulations.
  5. Build relationships with internal departments and business partners to ensure quicker and better service to customers.
  6. Participate in call monitoring and quality reviews to evaluate team performance.
  7. Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to supervisors.
  8. Support fellow agents to help the team achieve common goals and targets.
Key Skills and Knowledge
  1. Experience in life insurance products, claims environment, and customer service organizations.
  2. Experience in complaints resolution.
  3. Experience working in a contact center environment.
  4. Ability to meet or exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Advanced level of Italian or native speaker.
  7. Advanced level of English; additional European languages are a plus.
  8. Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  10. Proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
  11. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow effectively.
  12. Quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment professionally and confidently.
  13. Ability to learn and apply new information rapidly.
  14. Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
What we offer

Contract: Permanent

Environment: Multicultural working environment

Hybrid working: Work from home 4 days a week and 1 day from our Madrid office.

Shift: 8:45 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
