Ready to gain more experience in Marketing and get to know the Recruitment Industry? Based in Barcelona, your responsibilities will include Content Creation, Community Management, Candidate Lead Generation, and Analytics. You will develop your skills within our multicultural team, learning and succeeding in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Your responsibilities as a Marketing and Sourcing Intern will be:

1. Understanding recruitment processes, profiles, and clients to effectively connect with the community and target audience.
2. Managing our secondary websites.
3. Managing social media channels and community groups connected to the brand platform—creating content, managing communities, and generating leads.
4. Using your LinkedIn Avatar to grow the Dutch community, connect with candidates, and engage your audience.
5. Implementing SEO strategies and creating website content to increase traffic and engagement.
6. Utilizing analytics to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop an up-to-date marketing strategy and editorial calendar targeting international job seekers.
8. Advertising job positions on social media channels, community groups, and job boards.
9. Participating in ad-hoc projects related to online marketing, content creation, and enhancing company visibility for B2B and B2C audiences.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Native Dutch speaker with proficient English skills.
• German language skills are a big plus.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, or Business Studies.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Creative, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or recruiting is advantageous.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Enjoy creating written and visual content.
• Energetic, innovative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyles.
