DXC Technology recherche un Customer Security Service Manager pour rejoindre son équipe en Espagne. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la sécurité et des compétences en communication exceptionnelles. Ce rôle implique la supervision des opérations du SOC et la gestion des services de sécurité pour garantir la satisfaction des clients. Formación

At DXC Spain we are looking for a Customer Security Service Manager to join our great team of Security Iberia.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Service Management and Cyber Security.
  • Proven experience in managing SOC operations and overseeing managed security services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Process management and standard procedures.
  • Previous experience in Project Management is highly beneficial.
  • ITIL certification is a significant asset.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Technical knowledge in Splunk, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, AWS, Microsoft, Proofpoint.

Tasks :

  • SOC Management : Oversee the operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to meet client needs.
  • Managed Services Oversight : Actively manage and monitor outsourced security services to ensure they deliver value, meet service quality standards, and adhere to delivery objectives and deadlines.
  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contracted security services, ensuring clear, proactive, and transparent communication.
  • Value-Added Services : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients through innovative solutions and improvements in service delivery.
  • SLA Monitoring and Reporting : Maintain and validate controls / KPIs to ensure outsourced security services meet contractual commitments / SLAs, prepare SLA reports, and provide visibility to interested parties.
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships between DXC cyber security teams and service providers to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Incident and Change Management : Ensure all service processes, including incident, change, and problem management, are executed following ITIL and agile best practices.
  • Service Improvement : Implement and monitor improvement plans according to DXC expectations, ensuring alignment with DXC roadmaps and continuous enhancement of service quality.
  • Effective Escalation Management : Manage escalations efficiently to resolve issues promptly and maintain service quality.
  • Service Reporting : Prepare and deliver comprehensive service reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Client Support : Provide advisory and consultancy services to clients, addressing their security needs and ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our services.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Over 5 years of experience in security and IT management.
  • Certification in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Professional certifications in cyber security and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical projects in SIEM, SOC, VM, Hunting, Forensics, and Cyber Intelligence.
  • Experience in managing both internal and client services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive service improvements and deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
  • Applied security research experience.
  • Applied cryptography, mathematics, or computer science experience.
  • Application security threat modeling.
  • Source code review.
