A leading company in biomedicine is seeking a Lead Statistician to oversee statistical analysis and team leadership in drug development. A Lead Statistician builds and leads teams of statisticians and representatives from other functions, ensuring the use of appropriate and efficient statistical analysis methods during development, submission, and/or lifecycle management of Bayer products, according to applicable standards, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. They also represent projects to line management and governance boards.

PhD or MS in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics, with at least four years of experience in pharma, biotech, or similar sectors. Knowledge of clinical drug development and regulations. Experience in leading teams. Knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS and/or R). Fluency in English. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Embrace VACC behaviors and mentoring capabilities.
