We are looking for a Grounding and Bonding and Stray Currents Senior Engineer with specific expertise in grounding and bonding and stray currents management. The successful candidate will be managing G&B and stray currents activities for international railway projects. Responsibilities include :

  • Owning the development of plans and guidelines
  • Interfacing with the different project disciplines
  • Eliciting technical requirements
  • Establishing interfaces with systems / disciplines / stakeholders
  • Attending interdisciplinary reviews
  • Managing a project team under supervision
  • Producing and reviewing drawings
  • Developing electrical calculations

Qualifications

Minimum requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience
  • BSc in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience with CENELEC and American standards (NFPA, IEEE, NEMA, AREMA)
  • Experienced in leading the development of stray currents and grounding and bonding management plans.

Preferred qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience
  • MSc in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in system safety activities (RAMS)
  • Licensed Engineer in the US, Canada, UK or Australia.
