Role Overview:

You will manage transformation projects within set targets, covering SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

1. Plan, manage, and control cross-departmental DT service projects, especially for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
2. Lead motivated project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across locations.
3. Gather and structure business requirements, developing solution approaches.
4. Coordinate internal and external project resources.
5. Oversee projects from initiation to implementation, managing risks, scope, budget, and timelines.
6. Track progress and ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields; project management certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in DT project management and SAP transformation programs.
• Experience with large-scale, global SAP projects, including modules, integration, data migration, cybersecurity, and compliance; experience with aftersales projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP or relevant frameworks.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented, and conceptual skills.
• Proactive, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
• Leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, with experience managing stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Experience in organizational change management and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
