Do you have experience managing and motivating a sales team? We’re looking for a Director, Sales to join our growing Revenue team.

This role is a key leadership position responsible for building and cultivating exceptional team talent, designing innovative market strategies, securing key new clients, and collaborating with peers to deliver market-leading capabilities.

As the Director, Sales for our Spanish market, you will report to the EMEA VP of Sales and lead all business development and market expansion efforts. Your main responsibilities include overseeing a team of skilled Sales Managers and Account Directors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in acquiring and expanding new business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead Sales Managers and Account Directors to sell to brands and marketing agencies.
  2. Strategy: Design, share, and execute a regional sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed quotas. Collaborate with finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to expand our market footprint in the region.
  3. Performance Development: Uncover actionable insights and develop training programs to enhance team performance, in partnership with sales enablement and revenue operations teams.
  4. Cultural Ambassador: Promote StackAdapt's core value of 'We Win Together' and foster an inclusive organizational culture within the region.
  5. Industry Expertise: Demonstrate expert understanding of programmatic media strategies, agency and brand media buying processes, and the competitive landscape in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proven successful sales track record with brands and agencies, with strong industry relationships.
  • Leadership experience in building, training, and mentoring sales and account teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms, ecosystems, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market's unique needs and trusted connections.
