What are we looking for?

We are seeking a MUREX SUPPORT REPORTING SPECIALIST to work closely with one of our main clients in the banking sector.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and serving the client and development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Providing support with determination and criteria.
3. Monitoring development and testing phases.
4. Removing impediments and managing risks, including facilitating the right personnel to address issues.
5. Improving team processes and effectiveness.
6. Facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
7. Contributing to solutions and enhancing transparency through internal and external communication.
8. Configuring new processes in the Datamart module (batch feeders, processing scripts).
9. Configuring tables and PL/SQL procedures in the Exadata Database.
10. Writing SQL queries for data retrieval from Murex and Datamart tables.
11. Creating new scripts in Shell/Unix scripting.
12. Analyzing and resolving incidents related to data extractions.

What UST expects from you?

• Knowledge of financial products: P&L and sensitivities.
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects across different countries.
• Experience with Murex version 3.1.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Murex platform and architecture.
• Knowledge of GOM (Global Operating Model).
• Experience with specific Murex modules, databases, and programming languages including Unix Shell scripting, Java, SQL, PLSQL, XML.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence, Pipeline, Cloud AWS.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms: DEVO, Dynatrace.
• Experience with process automation platforms like ControlM.
• Good command of English (C1 level).

Work location

100% remote within Spain.
