Una empresa de consultoría internacional busca un Auditor IT experimentado para unirse a su equipo de Auditoría del Grupo en Madrid. Este rol es clave para salvaguardar la integridad tecnológica, liderando auditorías que identifiquen riesgos y promuevan mejores prácticas. Se requiere un enfoque analítico, habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés, y una sólida experiencia en auditoría y gestión de riesgos.

Formación

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en auditoría IT o gestión de riesgos.

  • Planificar y ejecutar auditorías dentro del Plan de Auditoría del Grupo.
  • Colaborar en equipos interdisciplinarios.

Your Mission

Join our Group Audit team and play a key role in safeguarding our technological integrity. As an Experienced IT Auditor, you’ll lead and support audits that identify risks, promote best practices, and ensure we’re aligned with internal standards and external regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Audit Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute audits within the Group Audit Plan, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams including Data Analytics and process experts
  • Deliver clear, structured audit reports and ensure timely follow-up of audit findings
  • Identify weaknesses and risks; propose feasible, value-adding solutions
  • Support continuous risk assessments using data analytics tools
  • Monitor changes in IT and Information Security, contributing to the annual risk profile assessment

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Maintain transparent, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to audit methodology improvements and share best practices
  • Support ad hoc analyses, investigations, and reporting for Senior Management
Your Profile

Experience & Knowledge

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, or related fields (preferably in financial services)
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks, methodologies, and technologies, including cloud, cyber & information security
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with audit standards and best practices

  • Able to work independently while thriving in collaborative settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish & English
  • Curious, proactive, service-minded, and driven by quality
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year within Europe
