Job Description: Teleoperator in Telecommunications Sector

We are seeking a committed teleoperator with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in sales management within the mobile telecommunications sector. The position offers a salary plus productivity commissions.

Work Schedule

• Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday
• Two days of remote work (Monday and Friday)

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to resolve incidents
2. Manage emails and client applications
3. Use office tools effectively

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of similar experience in telecommunications
• Reside in the Northwest Madrid area (Carretera de la Coruña or nearby)
