About Your Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, reflecting Charlotte Tilbury values. You will meet and exceed targets, driving team performance through maximum motivation and placing customer experience at the forefront of your leadership style.

As an Assistant Business Manager you will:

1. Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
2. Support the Business Manager in determining individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to agree sales objectives.
3. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and show genuine enthusiasm for the Company’s performance.
4. Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a great customer experience.
5. Coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved.
6. Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience.
7. Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews.
8. Create a positive and cooperative team culture in store.
9. Propose plans and events to unlock commercial success.
10. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
11. Inspire your team to present themselves well.
