In this role, you will lead critical and high-visibility products. You will have the autonomy to set the technical direction of services and define the feature roadmap. You will collaborate with talented teams and have the opportunity to hire and shape your team to execute the product effectively.

As a Software Development Manager in our Customer Acquisitions space, your responsibilities include:

  1. Hiring, retaining, and developing top management and engineering talent.
  2. Serving as a clear technical voice and partnering with your teams to deliver global solutions.
  3. Delivering high-quality technical solutions that delight customers.
  4. Contributing to business strategy and defining a compelling product roadmap focused on growth, in collaboration with product management teams.
  5. Communicating risks, successes, and challenges at the executive level to define and execute the product vision.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of engineering practices across the full software/hardware/network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
  • Experience in designing and developing multi-tier web services.
  • Experience managing engineering teams.
  • Experience collaborating with product and program management teams.
  • Engineering experience in general.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, describe software features, and define product strategies.
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and managing software engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
