Summary / Role Purpose

The Platform Enablement Project Coordinator supports the CASEBU project management team in the planning, execution, and completion of Platform Enablement projects. They ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget, assist with documentation, and coordinate communication among project stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the creation of project plans and timelines.
2. Track the advancement of projects and spot potential problems, such as resource allocation, scheduling delays, or the fulfillment of deliverables linked to different project tasks.
3. Manage project risks, report updates, and solve issues by communicating with Ansys management.
4. Compile and update necessary project documents, reports, and logs.
5. Organize meetings, set up agendas, and record minutes.
6. Engage with those invested in the project to guarantee consistent communication and a mutual understanding of the project goals.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

1. Degree in engineering, software development, or a related field with 10+ years’ working experience.
2. Proven experience as a project manager or product owner.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficient in project management tools.
5. Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
5. Experience with Monday.com, Github and similar.
6. Good understanding of the agile software development lifecycle.
