We are looking for an IVR & Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect . This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining bots and chatbots , contributing to process efficiency and enhancing user experience.

What do you need to be part of this project?

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect .
• Create and maintain bots and chatbots to optimize user interactions.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues .
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle : design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance .
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in IVR and chatbot development.

Requirements :

• Experience in IVR development with Genesys Cloud Architect .
• Knowledge of bot and chatbot development .
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with VXML development .
• Experience developing applications on AWS .
• Knowledge of Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex for chatbot development.

Languages :

• Spanish (Fluent) .

Work Mode :

• Remote in Spain.
