We’re looking for an experienced and execution-driven AI Systems Lead to own the strategy and end-to-end implementation of AI systems across our product stack. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, architectural foresight, and hands-on development experience in applied AI—especially with generative models, conversational interfaces, and intelligent system design.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and lead the development of AI-powered systems from concept to deployment.
  2. Set up infrastructure and tooling for scalable, secure, and efficient model development and serving.
  3. Guide selection and integration of LLMs (open-source or commercial) into product workflows. Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  4. Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure AI systems are reliable and user-centered.
  5. Hire, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and researchers.
  6. Stay current with developments in AI / ML and apply relevant research to product needs.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI / ML systems in production.
  • Strong background in LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.).
  • Expertise with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma).
  • Solid knowledge of AI system architecture, including model serving, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience building APIs and integrating backend systems.
  • Cloud-native development experience (e.g., AWS / GCP / Azure), infrastructure-as-code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Understanding of user-centric design for AI interfaces and intelligent automation.
