The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the technical landscape for Alight's global payroll clients, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and optimize HR technology solutions aligned with their business goals and HR transformation initiatives. They stay current on product upgrades, identify opportunities for innovation, and support the Client Service Lead to enhance client perception and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior clients and internal teams. Knowledge of Alight products (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HRX, payroll engines, time solutions, etc.), problem-solving skills, and coordination ability are essential.
