Job Description :

What you will do :

• Process onboarding for new agents, including system setup, account creation, and document collection.
• Initiate onboarding upon application receipt and manage approval processes.
• Set up agent profiles and transaction platforms.
• Assign tools and resources during onboarding.
• Address questions and provide support.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Respond to communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with clients and professionals.
• Complete tasks thoroughly or refer to others if needed.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to improve service quality.

How you will grab our attention :

• Post-secondary education or relevant experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multitasking environments, preferably in real estate.
• Ability to interpret real estate documents.
• Adaptable, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work remotely without supervision.

The starting salary ranges from EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and training.
