What you will be doing :

  1. Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
  2. Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
  3. Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.
  4. Educating your team on business goals and service objectives.
  5. Ensuring your team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during shifts.
