A leading company in IT recruitment is seeking an IT Recruiter intern to manage the recruitment cycle for various technical roles. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with potential hires. Your Role
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
  2. Handle top-of-funnel recruiting, including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  3. Utilize social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
  4. Develop innovative strategies to find top talent.
  5. Focus mainly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
  6. Manage your candidate pipeline and identify potential future opportunities.
  7. Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
  8. Evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
  9. Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
