Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Consultant for Ayla to join an Enterprise Architecture consultancy engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform as a Senior Business Analyst in Enterprise Architecture projects with international clients.
2. Lead comprehensive business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems, and mobile/web guest experience platforms.
3. Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales, and IT teams.
4. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and root cause analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities.
5. Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.
6. Support system implementation, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across various hospitality systems.
7. Define and monitor KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
9. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
11. Prepare business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
12. Produce high-quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong domain expertise in hospitality operations.
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
4. Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
