Job Description: Scrum Master at IPS

Responsibilities:

• Coach and support the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices.
• Plan and facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Promote team development through training and workshops on Scrum methodology.
• Identify and remove obstacles to team productivity.
• Enhance team dynamics and foster a self-organized, efficient work environment.
• Ensure effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promote transparency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications like Professional Scrum Master or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
