Key Responsibilities

As part of the regional P&C Resourcing team, this role will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes of the retail management collective of Spain and Portugal, collaborating on global talent projects, and supporting new store openings recruitment activities.

Recruitment
  • Manage full system (ATS, HCM) and administrative activities to complete the recruitment cycle.
  • Utilize all direct search and job board tools available to maximize talent pool.
  • Lead and/or coordinate end-to-end candidate evaluation for Retail Management positions, including assessments, interviews, and related administrative activities.
  • Work closely with external recruitment agencies to optimize their performance and contribution.
Center of Excellence

Actively collaborate on all global and local talent initiatives and projects.

  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance Primark's brand positioning.
New Store Openings

Coordinate and manage all recruitment stages for new store openings.

Retail Management and Specialists
  • Bulk recruitment (Retail Assistants).
  • Manage and communicate with internal candidates.
  • Liaise with relevant transversal departments to ensure alignment on P&C critical path.
People and Culture Support

Collaborate effectively with the wider P&C community.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience in recruitment activities: interviews, assessment centers, and other competency-based methodologies.
  • Experience in a dynamic corporate recruitment environment is valuable.
  • Attention to detail and strong planning skills.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide solutions aligned with business needs, with proper planning and organization.
