About Your Role

We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and driven Technical expert to join our Madrid-based European Operations Center (EOC). As Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the installation of solar panels remotely, ensuring weekly and monthly targets for quality and customer satisfaction are met. In 2023, Otovo centralized its Operations team in Madrid, building a dynamic, international, bilingual team passionate about the green transition and installing solar panels and batteries across Europe.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

1. Preliminary technical evaluations of installations
2. Assigning projects to local installers based on optimization criteria
3. Managing relationships with partner installation companies, ensuring quality delivery
4. Handling critical cases and project-related issues

What is expected from you:

• Proficiency in English to communicate with the international team in Oslo and across Europe
• French and Portuguese skills are a plus
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the photovoltaic industry
• Knowledge of solar energy is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
• Strong personal drive, integrity, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is highly valued
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and execution within budget and timelines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
