Position: Iberia Software Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include developing new business within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. You will serve as the primary liaison for 10 key accounts and own key verticals for sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business cross-sell.
  3. Drive adoption and expansion through consultative selling.
  4. Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
  5. Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal technical and services teams to meet client requirements.
  7. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and account objectives (company goal is AOP +20%).
  9. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports on development and forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to develop a region quickly using past experiences and networks.
  • Experience in creating and executing territory plans and monitoring progress.
  • Ability to develop relationships with local partners and define strategic actions.
  • Understanding of customer business and solution requirements.
  • Experience managing complex sales across multiple products and BUs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
