On E-Frontiers we're on the lookout for a Project Manager with fluency in German and English to lead and coordinate key projects across international teams for a German based retail company.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
• Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors
• Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
• Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Travels to Germany when required (once per Quarter)

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred)
• Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English (both written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus)

Conditions

• Freelance contract
• Duration : 1-2 years
• Staring date : July 1st
• Hourly fee : 85-95€ / hour
