Astek is looking for a Change Manager to work with our leading pharmaceutical partner in an international environment.

You will be involved in the development of training materials and newsletter management, as well as the use of communication channels to ensure smooth adoption and engagement with new systems and processes.

Your mission, if you accept it :

  • Collaborate with the OCM Lead to support the execution of the Organizational Change Management strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs and materials.
  • Manage and create engaging internal communication strategies (intranet updates and social media posts).
  • Utilize various communication tools and channels, such as email campaigns and collaborative platforms to disseminate information.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes by designing and delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on change management activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Who are you?

  • Someone with a good attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
  • A graduate or MSc in Business Administration, Psychology, or Humanities, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Someone with experience in driving change management and managing transformation programs.
  • Someone with experience in internal communication tools.
  • Someone familiar with e-learning tools and experience with tools such as Cornerstone is desirable, but not essential.
  • A person with experience in managing internal communication strategies, including newsletters, intranet, and other channels.

A PROSCI certification is a plus!
