Responsibilities of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO):
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships related to technology.
- Oversee all architecture design and modifications in Camerfirma’s Intellectual Property.
- Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Leverage emerging technologies to benefit the organization.
- Develop, track, and control annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet financial targets.
- Consolidate technology platforms and develop plans for each.
- Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics.
- Stay updated on new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Support certification maintenance as a trusted service provider, including ISO 9001, 27001, and ENS certifications.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of procedures outlined in Camerfirma's Certification Practice Statement.
- Maintain documentation for services, auditing equipment, and key ceremonies.
- Manage and monitor PKI systems and their certificate policies.
- Advise departments on Trusted Services, Security, Quality, and GDPR regulations.
- Develop and update security policies and standards.
- Monitor security risk indicators and coordinate rapid responses to incidents.
- Ensure Business Continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Promote cybersecurity and trust services training and awareness across the organization.
- Supervise GDPR compliance.

- At least 5 years of experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
- Experience in audits of trust services, electronic identification, and signatures.
- High knowledge level of eIDAS regulation, trust services, and ETSI standards (ETSI 319401, 319411-1, 319411-2, 319421, 119431-1).
- Over 3 years of experience in risk management and security policy implementation.
- Experience in GDPR audits, digital signatures, digital certificates, digital identity, cybersecurity, and web systems architecture.
Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Di CISA certification.
