Product Management & Design

The Product Management team drives the success of our platform offerings, focusing on defining product vision, strategy, and execution. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to create intuitive, impactful user experiences that solve real customer problems.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Usability Ownership: Eliminate friction points and ensure designs are intuitive and meet user expectations.
2. Discovery & Hypothesis Validation: Collaborate with the Product Trio to identify issues, explore solutions, and validate through research and prototyping.
3. Continuous User Research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and workshops to gather insights.
4. Strategic Design Execution: Create prototypes and pixel-perfect designs, translating research into actionable solutions.
5. Iterative Delivery: Work with engineers during implementation to maintain quality and consistency.
6. Design System Contribution: Maintain and enhance our Design System for scalability and consistency.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in product design (B2B/B2C), with a focus on usability testing, iterative design, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Dovetail, and user research methods is essential. Strong communication skills in English and a passion for agile development are required.

Location & Benefits

This is a remote position based in Spain or Poland, with occasional travel to Cologne. The package includes a competitive salary, work equipment, mobility support, and an annual or multi-year bonus.
