A leading company in staffing and recruiting seeks a D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant fluent in Spanish for a remote role. This position involves overseeing accounting activities, managing financial systems, and supporting European market growth. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

  • 5+ years managing finance, accounting, and business operations.
  • Preferred CPA certification and strong technical accounting background (US GAAP).
  • Experience in life sciences is a plus.

Job Overview

This position requires a strategic, self-directed individual with a proven track record in finance, accounting, and multi-disciplinary business operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring month-end closings align with the company's calendar.
  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice drafting, and audits.
  • Driving Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance program.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems and processes.
  • Facilitating onboarding / offboarding and managing local employee benefits.
  • Providing administrative support for European sales and overseeing logistics.
  • Supporting growth and commercialization in European markets.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration, system rollouts, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years managing finance, accounting, and business operations. Preferred candidates will have CPA certification, strong technical accounting background (US GAAP), experience in life sciences, ERP and CRM proficiency, and fluency in Spanish and English.
