His mission will be to collaborate with the implementation of the growth strategy of the energy business, through the coordination and execution of M&A operations as project manager in different geographies.
Functions :
- Lead and coordinate operations for the acquisition of energy projects.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of transactions upon award.
- Negotiate purchase contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Serve as a point of contact for Ferrovial's financing department, supporting and coordinating the Due Diligence phase.
- Follow up and supervise compliance with contract conditions until closing.
- Facilitate information flow between finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical teams during transactions.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with additional finance training, and high knowledge of project finance.
- Master's Degree in Finance, an MBA from a prestigious business school, or CFA is a plus.
- Experience in M&A transactions in infrastructure with complex financing structures is essential.
- High proficiency in English is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
