Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A transactions with complex financing structures.
  • High proficiency in English and additional finance training required.

Descripción del empleo

His mission will be to collaborate with the implementation of the growth strategy of the energy business, through the coordination and execution of M&A operations as project manager in different geographies.

Functions :
  • Lead and coordinate operations for the acquisition of energy projects.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of transactions upon award.
  • Negotiate purchase contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Ferrovial's financing department, supporting and coordinating the Due Diligence phase.
  • Follow up and supervise compliance with contract conditions until closing.
  • Facilitate information flow between finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical teams during transactions.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with additional finance training, and high knowledge of project finance.
  • Master's Degree in Finance, an MBA from a prestigious business school, or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience in M&A transactions in infrastructure with complex financing structures is essential.
  • High proficiency in English is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
