Talent Acquisition Partner / Business Partner (Remote) (Tri-lingual: English, Spanish, French)

We are expanding our team due to strong business performance across the USA and Europe.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of business-critical roles. You will collaborate with and advise hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for LHH in the USA and Europe. Our team often works on roles outside of our assigned region to support business needs.

The Talent Acquisition Team is a global function within LHH, supporting roles across regions as needed.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports directly to the SVP, Global Talent Acquisition

Location:

Spain or France preferred; other European locations where LHH operates will be considered.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Manage 15-30 exempt level roles across multiple functions and business units independently.
  2. Develop and implement recruiting strategies including target lists, job descriptions, candidate assessment, sourcing, research, cold calling, candidate development, interview coaching, feedback, offer negotiation, and reference checks.
  3. Build strong relationships internally and externally to develop a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  4. Act as a talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers.
  5. Communicate proactively and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.
  6. Prioritize tasks and set expectations with hiring managers and partners.
  7. Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, seeking innovative methods to attract candidates and build talent pipelines.
  8. Represent LHH to external candidates by effectively communicating our business, culture, and values.
  9. Collaborate with peers to share market intelligence and best practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in special projects beyond regional scope as needed.

Required Experience and Characteristics:

  1. Over five years of experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
  2. HRBP experience is advantageous.
  3. Experience recruiting across Europe and the USA.
  4. Strong sense of urgency and drive for process improvement.
  5. Openness to trying new approaches and working outside the assigned region.
  6. Expertise in social networking.
  7. Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
  8. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in high-volume recruiting environments.
  9. Proven success in hiring mid- to senior-level talent.
  10. Advisory experience with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market insights.
  11. Strong influencing, decision-making, and execution skills.
  12. Ability to manage obstacles, expectations, and relationships proactively.
  13. Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  14. Experience recruiting business development and sales professionals is a plus.
