A leading company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full lifecycle recruitment for business-critical roles across Europe and the USA. The role requires strong recruitment experience, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers. This position supports a diverse and inclusive workforce and offers remote flexibility.
Talent Acquisition Partner / Business Partner (Remote) (Tri-lingual: English, Spanish, French)
We are expanding our team due to strong business performance across the USA and Europe.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of business-critical roles. You will collaborate with and advise hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for LHH in the USA and Europe. Our team often works on roles outside of our assigned region to support business needs.
The Talent Acquisition Team is a global function within LHH, supporting roles across regions as needed.
