The primary purpose is to support the sales process to ensure assigned sales revenues for the allocated area are achieved in collaboration with the local team. This should be achieved by implementing sales, pricing, and contracting strategies agreed upon with the Vascular team.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage local commercial customer interactions to identify sales opportunities in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Follow the country commercial plan as defined by the Country Commercial Business Manager (CCBM).
- Manage pricing, contracting, and tender tasks within the allocated region to protect current business and create new opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of customer or third-party catalogue pricing systems with Cook pricing systems to facilitate order processing and timely payments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the bidding and ordering process within customer accounts to improve efficiency.
- Utilize supply chain solutions and data to enhance customer experience and demonstrate value.
- Capture and share competitor data to identify sales opportunities.
- Ensure delivery of services as per contractual agreements.
- Develop relationships with key hospital decision-makers to foster commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with the CCBM to achieve commercial goals in line with business plans and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed commercial targets and KPIs such as margin, adherence to pricing principles, and ROI.
- Maintain knowledge of the Vascular product range, related medical disciplines, and commercial tools and systems.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments, review meetings, and provide feedback to the team.
- Participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings as required.
- Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager and CCBM.

Qualifications
- Experience in medical sales and commercial roles preferred.
- Ability to meet with customers and decision-makers regularly.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
- Proven commercial and business acumen.
- Knowledge of relevant products or procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English and relevant languages, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail in written and numeric data.
