Junior System Administrator (m / f / d) in the field service

• Be the first point of contact for schools and business customers on site and ensure that their IT runs smoothly.
• Analyze errors independently, find solutions and create fault reports if necessary.
• Set up IT infrastructures directly at the customer's premises - from installation to configuration.
• Keep systems up and running : Carry out maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Share your knowledge! Create helpful documentation and maintain the knowledge database.
• Bring IT contacts up to date with targeted training courses.
• Help shape the future : Work actively on the further development of digital solutions for our customers.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in field service or taken on comparable tasks; career starters with an IT specialist for system integration training are also very welcome.
• With a class B driving license, you are ready for field service.
• Confident handling of Microsoft Windows operating systems and a good feel for IT solutions.
• Experience with printers, IT peripherals and networks - you know how everything works together.
• A plus, but not a must : experience with ticket systems.
• You are characterized by independent and proactive work - you actively look for solutions, approach customers openly and think outside the box.
• Experience in field service or comparable tasks is an advantage, as is a strong enthusiasm for IT.
• After familiarization, the weekly planning takes place independently, which means that a structured and reliable way of working is essential.
• Clear communication in written and spoken German (C1 level), English is a welcome extra.
