Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Define the marketing strategy in cooperation with the marketing director and ensure smooth execution and collaboration of the marketing and other teams. Drive the marketing activations which compose our yearly marketing plan to answer to the game’s current strategy. Identify our objectives, develop a fitting concept, set your targets, drive its implementation, and perform a postmortem.

e.g. – I want to reengage churned users, I will develop a crossover project with another racing game, I expect to generate 30k installs from it, I reach out to the developer of the other game / our internal teams, align with GCMs for communication, ASO for the store, make it a reality, and analyze the fallout.

What it means on a daily basis

Implement and maintain a strategic roadmap for the game, ensuring all marketing stakeholders are involved and aligned to create synergies.

Ensure marketing teams pipelines are functional and propose improvements where relevant

Oversee the current state of the game, ensure channels are up to date and standard and support the marketing director on requests with external partners

Ensure marketing actions have measurable and tracked targets.

Report in collaboration with the marketing director to studio stakeholders and C-level executives, ensuring information flows

Mentor other members of the marketing team

Develop activations focusing on innovative activations, viral content and meaningful partnerships, and orchestrate their implementation by coordinating the other teams

Manage promotional assets creation for Asphalt Legends Unite (trailers, web assets, screenshots, store descriptions…)

Represent, preserve and potentially develop the integrity of ALU brand (title, packaging, tone of voice, marketing storytelling…)

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

A driven creative mind who is not afraid of rocking the boat : we want ambitious concepts

An seasoned marketer with prior leadership experience : you have led team efforts before and have an understand of most marketing verticals

An organized driver who can back up their concepts : have the data to convince everyone, including yourself, that your plans make sense

And most importantly, someone who is motivated and passionate about their work!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

5+ years in consumer marketing, ideally in online entertainment

Knowledge and passion for video games : we work on all platforms so we cover a large range of topics

A good knowledge of cars and racing would be a great plus

Completely fluent in English – both conversational and copywriting

Strong analytical skills – you need to be able to look at KPI dashboards and extract insights

Creative spirit capable of creating innovative marketing programs with objectives anchored in reality

Ability to organize your time and prioritize – you won’t be micromanaged, so you need to be able to call your shots

Experience in management, or at minimum with mentoring more junior team members
