Here at CORUS, we are looking for an Applications Support Specialist to join our team for an international project.

Location : Remote from Spain

You will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for platform stability and performance, focusing on Devlake. The successful candidate will support application onboarding and ensure user satisfaction by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement updates, and maintain application integrity in alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure platform stability and performance, especially related to Devlake.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with internal applications and technologies.
• Assist with onboarding new applications into our internal platform.
• Ensure smooth integration and functionality of applications using Devlake.
• Address user queries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Gather feedback to identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
• Maintain application integrity and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications :

• Experience with REST / API and Cloud (Azure) Engineering.
• Experience in technical support or application support roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Devlake.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Go, React, TypeScript, and Apache Kafka.
