About the Role :

We are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Commercial and Marketing Department at our branch office in Barcelona .

As a Partnerships Coordinator at Dorna WSBK Organisation, you will support the management and activation of commercial partnerships across the Championship. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in the world of sport marketing, brand engagement, and event execution—helping deliver value to our partners in a dynamic international motorsport environment.

Requirements :

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, sponsorship, account coordination, or a similar role (preferably in motorsport, events, or entertainment).
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• A creative mindset will be considered a strong asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with availability to travel and work during weekends.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Spanish or Italian) are a plus.
