Your career as a Sales Manager at Booksy offers an exciting opportunity to lead our sales team in the booming SaaS sector, driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. You will manage, mentor, and motivate team leaders to achieve and surpass sales goals. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships for long-term partnerships.

Essentially, to succeed in this role, you will need…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and success in leading a team of cold door salespeople and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English, as it is the official language of our company and used for all internal communications in our global team.
  • Fluency in Spanish, as you will be managing a local team.

Nice to have :

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
