Role Overview :

As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our website's structure, improving its rankings in search engines, and ensuring it meets the highest standards of search engine optimization. Your role extends beyond technical expertise to include guiding our team of SEO Copywriters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and enhance website architecture, link landscape, and content to ensure SEO best practices are met.
• Conduct technical audits and implement fixes for site performance issues such as slow page loading, crawl errors, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and features.
• Manage and lead a team of SEO Copywriters, overseeing content strategy alignment with SEO goals, quality of content, and ongoing training.
• Research and analyze competitor strategies and keep abreast of emerging SEO tools and algorithms.
• Monitor, track, and report on search metrics, including trend analysis and SEO performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the technical aspects of key marketing systems (tag management systems, SEO tools, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on traffic.

• Proven expertise in Technical SEO with a solid understanding of the best practices and tools.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
