A leading hotel in Ibiza is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the Selection Coordinator in various administrative tasks. This role involves scheduling interviews, managing documentation, and assisting in the design of recruitment programs. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a background in Human Resources or related fields.
Direct assistance to the Selection Coordinator, including scheduling interviews with candidates, sending offer letters, following up with documentation, and preparing onboarding processes.
Prepare and review written documents such as daily logs, business letters, offer letters, internship agreements, and Erasmus grants. Ensure accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date email correspondence system. Follow up with candidates regarding missing documents and assist employees and students with requests during their work hours.
Assist with the design and development of Recruitment & Selection programs, including planning and staffing methods aligned with the company's philosophy and standards.
Create and maintain filing systems and Selection Resources Systems such as Hosco, GRS, Turijobs, School Sites, and LinkedIn. Follow up on and control selection procedures.
Manage exit interviews by scheduling and preparing them, understanding legal documentation requirements, and exploring innovative ideas to improve processes and school presentations.
