Clinical Sales Specialists Anesthesiology

Location : Home-office based, Spain

Our client develops monitoring devices and applications to objectively assess patients’ physiological pain response level, spearheading pain management helping anesthesiologists.

The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for direct and indirect sales of medical devices to hospitals – identifying relevant leads, pitching & training clinicians, driving use & quick adoption. These are home-office based positions with extensive travel.

Requirements :
  • Native speaker in German / Spanish / French depending on your location, in addition to excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • University degree in life sciences or an equivalent related degree/experience linked to anesthesiology, ICU, nursing, surgery, or pain management.
  • Direct sales experience in the medical device industry is a plus but not required. Experience in the OR or ICU is an advantage.
  • Proficient in demonstrating and promoting new products/technologies to all levels of the medical industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 90% in the assigned territory, including travel by car or plane.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in engagement and procurement cycles – creating, cultivating, and closing sales leads within the assigned regions. Must be autonomous and able to work well in a cross-functional team. Developing solid relationships and representing the company's reputation and brand are essential.

  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and R&D teams.
  • Provide clinical training and support, primarily by demonstrating the product in the operating theatre.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about products, services, competitors, and market conditions, providing market feedback.
