Job Opportunity: Senior SEO Specialist at Picsart

At Picsart, we bring the wonder of creativity to the world and make it easy. We’re seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead landing page optimization, technical health, and link-building initiatives. This role combines on-site strategy with cross-functional execution, ideal for someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and hands-on impact. You will work closely with engineering, product, and content teams to drive growth and mentor upcoming SEO talent.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify opportunities to enhance product and landing pages through content, CRO, keyword strategy, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Launch new landing pages to improve product discoverability and optimize internal linking for better rankings.
• Lead technical SEO efforts, including site audits, Core Web Vitals improvements, and crawl budget management.
• Support and manage internal and external link-building initiatives, including media outreach and agency collaborations.
• Monitor traffic trends, keyword shifts, and technical performance, responding promptly to fluctuations or issues.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and collaborate across engineering, design, product, and analytics teams to execute SEO strategies seamlessly.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably within a product- or tool-focused company.
• Strong expertise in on-site SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and performance monitoring platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with using AI tools to enhance audits, research, and daily SEO tasks.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product and engineering.

Good To Have

• Mentorship or leadership experience within an SEO team.
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO or scalable page optimization.
• Experience with performance metrics like Core Web Vitals and understanding their business impact.
• Exposure to SEO strategies for international or multilingual sites.
