Role Overview :
We are seeking a Director of Growth Engineering to lead our SEO Engineering, MarTech, Acquisition, and Social Engineering teams.
This role will be pivotal in scaling user acquisition through AI-driven search optimization, social engagement, and performance marketing technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering-led growth strategies, utilizing advanced SEO, paid and organic acquisition techniques, and marketing technology innovations to enhance user engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in growth engineering, SEO, and marketing automation, with experience leveraging AI and data insights to improve user acquisition and retention. Collaboration with product, data science, and marketing teams will be essential to build scalable systems that optimize user interactions with Property Finder.
Key Responsibilities :
- SEO & Search Optimization
- Lead the SEO Engineering team, ensuring AI-driven search optimization and automated ranking improvements.
- Develop technical SEO strategies for crawling, indexing, and ranking, utilizing structured data, dynamic rendering, and AI-powered personalization.
- Implement programmatic SEO initiatives to scale landing pages and increase organic traffic.
- Establish A/B testing frameworks for SEO improvements, collaborating with data science teams to measure impact.
- Stay ahead of search engine evolution, adapting to AI-powered search landscapes (e.g., ChatGPT, Google SGE, voice search).
- Manage marketing technology (MarTech) infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow between teams.
- Build and scale automated marketing platforms, including customer segmentation, attribution, and dynamic content personalization.
- Create real-time analytics and reporting systems to optimize engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Enhance CRM and retargeting strategies, integrating first-party data with ad platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Lead initiatives for performance marketing, attribution tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Optimize paid search, display, and social advertising through automation and AI-powered bidding.
- Develop real-time event data pipelines to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure consistent user journey tracking across web, app, and social channels to maximize engagement and conversions.
Social Engineering & AI-Powered Content Targeting- Lead the Social Engineering team, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance social media engagement as a property search problem.
- Develop predictive models for content distribution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize content recommendation engines for personalized, impactful property listings and videos.
- Build social listening and sentiment analysis tools to understand user behavior and refine targeting.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making within the growth engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Work directly with the CMO, SEO leads, and performance marketing teams to enhance omnichannel growth strategies.
- Drive adoption of AI and machine learning for automation, predictive analytics, and personalized experiences.
Key Qualifications :
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in growth engineering, SEO, MarTech, and acquisition technologies.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI-powered search.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, attribution modeling, CRM integration, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools, paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), and growth analytics.
- Proven success in scaling AI-driven recommendation systems for personalized property search and content targeting.
- Experience with real-time data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of user behavior analytics, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of programmatic SEO, machine learning ranking models, and NLP for search enhancement.
- Leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and scaling growth engineering teams.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Python, and analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
