Responsibilities :

• Assume responsibility for regular cash forecasting and coordination of payments.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational and financial obligations, monitor and maintain optimal levels of liquidity.
• Support automation and modernization of the existing Treasury operations.
• Maintain strong relationship with banks and other financial service providers.
• Develop & run treasury reporting and track KPI, provide accurate and timely information to senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Supports and consults the team in operational challenges and projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and treasury policies.
• Act as Treasury Subject Matter expert, provide guidance, coaching & training to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the treasury & wider finance department.
• Drive implementation of cash pooling in the group and great working capital management.

Requirements :

• You have 2+ years of experience in Treasury / Finance.
• You have specific knowledge and experience in cash flow modeling.
• You have a solid understanding of budget planning and finance.
• Experience in data analytics.
• You have the flexibility to navigate challenging situations in a competent and confident way.
• Full Professional level English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, German, French, Portuguese) will be considered a nice-have.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
