APM Terminals plays an important role in enabling the global Maersk Ocean and Logistics network, serving Shipping Lines, Cargo Owners, Freight Forwarders, and logistics providers, while integrating with port authorities, customs, and government bodies worldwide.

We seek a dynamic IT Senior Business Analyst responsible for Service Management at the terminal level, overseeing service quality, monitoring business demands, aligning requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to improve processes and adopt new IT capabilities.

This role requires full-time onsite presence.

Principal Accountabilities :

  1. Maintain and improve best practices, drive continuous improvement, and develop new practices as needed.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  3. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  4. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  5. Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
  7. Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and stakeholders.
  8. Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
  9. Work with regional analysts to modernize and standardize the terminal IT portfolio.
  10. Research and analyze improvement opportunities, prepare recommendations, and facilitate efficiency enhancements.
  11. Enhance IT reporting and measure solution performance.
  12. Develop and sustain training plans.
  13. Coordinate with HoIT on global and local programs and demands.
  14. Define and manage demands from identification to project execution.
  15. Oversee terminal demands orchestration, prioritization, and escalation.
  16. Support the delivery of the terminal's CAPEX agenda.
  17. Assist in defining and managing the OPEX budget for key demands.
  18. Translate business needs into detailed specifications.
  19. Manage ITSM Change Management according to RACI matrix.
  20. Provide KPIs to the Head of IT and suggest improvement actions.
  21. Promote synergies and standardization across terminals.

Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  1. Experience with Agile and ITIL frameworks, including KPI development and PowerBI reporting.
  2. Technical background in Networks, on-premises infrastructure, VMWare, Cisco.
  3. Project Management experience.
  4. Support background or experience is desirable.
  5. Experience managing Service Requests, Changes, and Problems, preferably with ServiceNow.
  6. Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
