The Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive to join our remote Ideals Virtual Data Room EMEA team. Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound inquiries from prospective clients across EMEA and converting them into paying customers through various sales techniques.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage inbound requests (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers in the assigned territory.
  2. Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals’ internal tools and techniques.
  3. Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining sales process compliance.
  4. Present products via online and offline demonstrations.
  5. Gather and share market insights to enhance the sales process.
  6. Provide an excellent buying experience.
  7. Nurture and reactivate previous unqualified and lost deals to convert them into customers.
Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS environment.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, demonstrating enthusiasm.
  4. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  5. Quick learner with the ability to process and assimilate new information related to products, business, and customer needs.
  6. Strong skills in problem identification and objection handling.
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience selling financial products or services.
  2. Additional language proficiency.

  3. Competency-based interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins).
