Job Description: Marketing Automations Specialist (m / f / d)

Are you ready to make a significant impact on our marketing operations and automation tool stack? We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our international marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of automated marketing strategies across the full funnel, including nurture and lead generation campaigns, with optimization for engagement and conversions.
  2. Manage and optimize daily operations related to Marketo, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting issues.
  3. Set up and maintain automated programs aligned with marketing objectives across teams.
  4. Regularly review and optimize automations and reports, monitoring performance metrics to improve results.
  5. Perform data cleanups to maintain data integrity and accurate records within Marketo.
  6. Handle backend development tasks to customize and enhance Marketo functionalities.
  7. Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead successful campaigns.
  8. Promote best practices within the automation team and stakeholders regarding Marketo features.
  9. Participate in exploring and implementing new features to improve Marketo usage.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Marketo, including setup and maintenance of marketing automation programs.
  • Strong backend development skills related to Marketo.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing and full-funnel demand generation strategies.
  • Interest in technical processes and aspects of marketing automation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
