Job Role: Associate Partner - Sales (French Market)

We are seeking a dynamic salesperson to define and execute go-to-market strategies for the French hospitality market. The ideal candidate will focus on selling to individual hotels or small hotel groups, generating leads through cold calls, social media, industry contacts, and online platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  2. Generating, developing, and closing sales of RateGain SaaS solutions to B2B clients in hospitality, focusing on digital marketing offerings.
  3. Achieving sales targets.
  4. Conducting market analysis and prospect research.

Qualifications include:

  1. 3+ years of sales experience, including cold calling and customer acquisition.
  2. Graduation or post-graduation in relevant fields with excellent communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Experience selling SaaS solutions, especially in the travel industry.
  5. Existing contacts within the French hotel market are preferred.
  6. Strong tech sales background with the ability to convey business value of technical solutions.
  7. Native proficiency in French and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Ability to work remotely from Spain or Germany in a high-transaction sales environment.
  9. Understanding of the French hotel industry, including key players and influencers.
  10. Experience in digital advertising sales in hospitality/travel is advantageous.
