Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Service Overview:

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign plans, connecting these with execution teams, and providing updates to stakeholders and project owners.

The role requires leveraging digital marketing expertise to act as a consultant, understanding market plans, and facilitating effective communication and execution across teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with market teams and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns meet global standards and are executed as planned.
  • Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams informed with regular updates.
  • Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to connect with other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs and maintain relationships with internal DU service providers.
  • Facilitate communication within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams to ensure efficient consultancy.
  • Adhere to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred) or technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, interpreting requirements across business and technical domains.
  • Client management skills, including incident de-escalation.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Paid Media is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
