What we are looking for :

• Experience with Distributed Ledger Technology and Dapp development is very welcome! But don’t worry if you have no idea; we will teach you what we know, and learn together. Our base platforms include Ethereum, Quorum, and Hyperledger.
• Understanding the business domain, language, and opportunities is key to defining the best solutions.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in Systems management.
• Experience with GitOps culture, tools like FluxCD / ArgoCD.
• Willingness or current expertise as a language polyglot to leverage different stacks for good solutions.
• Proven experience in complex architecture design, development, and system integration. High load platform management experience is a plus.
• Experience with Microservices in production.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, XP, etc.
• Experience in relational and non-relational database design and management.
• Deep knowledge of Docker, and cluster management tools like ECS, Kubernetes, or Swarm.
• Proven experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Cloudwatch, Prometheus, InfluxDB, ELK, etc.
• DevOps and continuous delivery mindset.
• Proven AWS experience; GCE and / or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform; knowledge of CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef is very welcome.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes.

Will be a Plus :

• Passion for automation.
• Experience or focus on systems and software security.
• Management of high traffic queue-based systems such as AMQP, SQS, etc.
• Experience with NFT Marketplaces.
